Warranty

Bags: DEFECTS in materials or workmanship are covered for the life of your bag. Shoes and Aparell: DEFECTS in materials or workmanship are covered for 365 days. The warranty apllies to the original owner. Write us a mail and tell us what happened. We will ask you to send us the item for further inspection. This must done at your expense, and we recommend using a reputable shipper, as we are not liable for lost packages. Any defective items will be repaired or replaced.

This warranty does not cover damage incurred through the everyday use of the bag or tear or abuse.

 If a part of your bag (buckle, strap, seam, etc.) has become damaged due to an unfortunate accident or outright abuse, don’t despair. Send us a mail and we’ll discuss options.
