Shipping
The order will be shipped within 1 - 3 days after payment. If you choose to pay with Firstgate Click&Buy the order will be shipped 1 - 3 days after the order has been placed. In Germany, we can reach any destination within 2 days, for the Rest of Europe shipping may take 3 days. Outside of Europe any destination can be reached within 1 week.
After receiving your order we will send you an email confirming your order andd its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation is not an acceptance of your offer. It only informs you that your order has been received. The act of sale is valid when we hand your products over to our shipper and confirm the shipment in a second email. This second email is the order confirmation. If an article is not listed in the order confirmation, it is not matter in the act of sale.
All articles presented on our website are usually in stock. We will immediately inform you if the disposibility has changed. If against all odds an article cannot be delivered we will immediately return the payment onto your bank account.

If the delivery was unsuccessful, our shippers try to deliver up to three times. Then the shipment will be returned to us. After estimating the right adress through our QM the next delivery has to be settled by the customer.
All shipments are insured for 750 ¤ per package.
If the shipment leaves the EU, customs will have to be payed. They will become due when the shipment reaches its destination country. Since the customs vary we cannot give you accurate information. Please ask your local customs office. Please consider individual regulations in the different countries. Of course, within the EU there will be no custom fees.
