Returning Stuff

All purchases may be returned within 1 month of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Please return all items in the condition they were received, including the box they were sent in or one of similar size. Obviously damaged purchases will not be eligible for a refund. Please include your receipt with the shipment. If your bag was purchased through one of our dealers, please take back the bag to where it was purchased. The return will be handled by the dealer.

How to return an item

Step 1 - Obtain a return form from: chromebags@chrome-europe.com

Step 2 - Fill it out and pack it together with your return.

Step 3 - Ship your return to:

We recommend using a shipper that can track your shipment. We are not liable for lost bags.

Step 4 - If you included an email-adress in your account profile or on your return form, we will contact you within a few days after receiving your return. We will notify you that we have processed your return and the proper account has been credited.
