Warranty

DEFECTS in materials or workmanship are covered for the life of your bag. Write us a mail and tell us what happened. We will ask you to send us the bag for further inspection. This must done at your expense, and we recommend using a reputable shipper, as we are not liable for lost bags. Once your bag gets to us, our team of bag experts will conduct forensic tests to determine the legitimacy of the claim. Any defective bags will be repaired or replaced.

This warranty does not cover damage incurred through the everyday use of the bag.

 If a part of your bag (buckle, strap, seam, etc.) has become damaged due to an unfortunate accident or outright abuse, don’t despair. Send us a mail and we’ll discuss options. Most damage can be easily, cheaply, and quickly repaired.
